Robert S. Amador, Esq., Founding Attorney
The Firm was founded by Robert S. Amador. Mr. Amador was formerly a general counsel to two publicly traded healthcare companies and was associated with two major Los Angeles business law firms. Mr. Amador has represented numerous businesses and their owners in the healthcare, manufacturing, tech, and service businesses. He has spoken and written on many legal topics, including collections, compliance, HIPAA, arbitration and mediation, and litigation.
Mr. Amador also serves as an arbitrator and mediator for the American Arbitration Association, the American Health Law Association, and Alternative Resolution Center.
Mr. Amador received his J.D. from Stanford Law School in Palo Alto, California, and his B.A. in Government cum laude from Pomona College in Claremont, California.
