The Firm founder, Robert S. Amador has arbitrated and/or mediated over a hundred cases, including disputes involving shareholders, LLCs, breach of contract, healthcare payors and providers, surgery centers, IT service providers, real estate disputes, multi-state dialysis companies, health plans, PPOs, MSOs and IPAs.
Mr. Amador is on the national mediation and arbitration panels of the American Arbitration Association and the American Health Law Association. He is a mediator on the panel roster for the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, and is a member of the ADR Subcommittee of the California Lawyers Association Litigation Committee.
