The Firm founder, Robert S. Amador has arbitrated and/or mediated hundreds of cases, including disputes involving shareholders, LLCs, breach of contract, healthcare payors and providers, surgery centers, asset sales, billing companies, medical practices, IT service providers, real estate disputes, multi-state dialysis companies, health plans, PPOs, MSOs and IPAs.
Mr. Amador is on the national mediation and arbitration panels of the American Arbitration Association, the American Health Law Association and CPR Dispute Resolution Services. He is a mediator on the volunteer panel for the U.S. District Court, Central District of California and the Los Angeles Superior Court, and is a member of the ADR Subcommittee of the California Lawyers Association Litigation Committee.
